SUGGESTION FOR ALL OF YOU:

Change your VM to a youtube clip recording of the old disconnected number message. Fools them everytime!

You can leave a message obviously, but most people hang up after the *boop boop booooop* *female robot*
"IM sorry. the number you have been trying to call has been disconnected*

Also great for avoiding people. :)

When I picked up there was an automated msg stating the entry was not valid, then it hung up.

Got a call from this number that I did not recognize, and they did not leave a message.  I didn't answer it at first. I tried to call them back, and there message stated that this was an invalid number

they MUST be calling everyone today...just had a "missed call" from this number.  after reading this, and all the other "scam calls" I've been getting lately, I'm not calling back.  thank you all for posting!

I got a call from this number about 3 minutes ago.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message.  I immediately blocked the number.  I guess that Do Not Call Registry is not working.
