The male identified himself. He then explained that he has a complaint about non payment on a payday loan from atleast 5 years back. I told him that I have never taken a payday loan. He began his speach and I told him that he has to disclose any and all info, so send it to my home address and I will have my attorney review it. He then came with the why he could not or should not. Sounds like a load of crap. Next time I'm going to take notes and then Google the company and then report it to local authorities to be investigated for fraud.
I got a called from a lady named Janet. Told me I owed money for a payday loan from 2013 that I never paid. Lady hung up on me because I wouldn't identify my social security number. How do they have that? I don't know, scary. I called back, Janet told me she going to submit my claim to cook county regarding non payment. I have asked for paperwork multiple times throughout the phone call. They told me I received paperwork, but I have no idea of such.
