Received multiply calls work, home and daughter cell. (Amber Collins) Mediation DEPT claims they are going to do payroll deductions I refuse to call back because I know I didn't do no Payday loans. Now all of a sudden I'm getting all types of emails and calls offering me loans I make the other caller aware that I have NOT REQUESTED AND LOANS INFO SO REMOVE MY NUMBER.
They said they are car retrieval service. They are sending someone out to my residence and employment to get me unless I call their mediator now. If they find me before I call I loose all my rights.
( I don't owe on a car and think this is harassment and wish we could sue them maybe the crap would stop if we could )
The call wasn't even for me per say. They were calling in reference to my ex husband, they said I was a reference for a complaint and she expected my call back by end of day.... that was just the voicemail So I called clueless until right away he knew who I was on the phone and said my ex name so he looked at caller ID at within a mere second knew what complaint I was calling about. He was extremely tense in his tone asking if I knew who the person was I said yes that's my ex then he wanted to know if I recently have had contact with him, I asked what is this in reference too and what am I a reference for what is the complaint about? He got loud and RUDELY told me to stop answering his questions with a question and to answer him. I then repeated myself and all the while he kept interrupting me repeatedly saying Ma'am Ma'am Ma'am over and over I finally had enough blurted and expletive and hung up.
