This is a scammer. First the person has a India accent and he/she will tell you that you have defaulted on a loan and they are a collection agency and they are going to take you to court unless you sent them payment. Of course they can not send you any information or paperwork. Yeah right. They get want ever information they can off the internet regarding your address or phone number. They get very pushy so be prepared be become mad. My personal bank told me they are a scammer company and DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY!!!!!!!
They call me all the time telling they have a lawsuit against me and can't tell me what for. They have also called my daughters cell phones and try to get them rattled they are just a big SCAM and I have told them several times not to call me any more but they still do. When they called my family and got them upset of course this made me mad. They are relentless with the calls and just wont stop... SCAMMERS for sure
