This is a scammer. First the person has a India accent and he/she will tell you that you have defaulted on a loan and they are a collection agency and they are going to take you to court unless you sent them payment. Of course they can not send you any information or paperwork. Yeah right. They get want ever information they can off the internet regarding your address or phone number. They get very pushy so be prepared be become mad. My personal bank told me they are a scammer company and DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY!!!!!!!
Yes this is the third one I have had from 2 different companies they make all sorts of threats. Tell them to take you off their list block their numbers from all cell phones! Thank you everyone for posting! If it was try we would get paper documents via mail!
