I am on the national no call list and I still get stupid phone calls about 5 timesa day on my cell phone of all things. I block every scam number there us and more keep calling.
they have some of my personal info (old address) and whenever i ask for what else they have about me, how this alleged loan was applied for, or any other details, they hang up
There is no grant. You've been scammed. Your money is lost. This is a common grant scam. Calls originate in India and Pakistan. Same goes for loans. No legitimate agency or group will offer you a grant/loan over the phone or by e-mail. Ignore and block such calls. Be on the lookout for these scams because you are now considered an easy mark for other scams.
