Do not answer - He calls and asks for the same person, when I tell him they are not here and ask to take a message he tells me he knows I am the person. This call has happened several times, and each time he gets more rude. The latest call I asked him to stop calling, and he proceeded to tell me that he will keep calling until we buy some "sh*t".
Answered local # and had to wait for someone to get on the line. First clue this was a mistake. Caller identified herself from Restoration Services. Second clue this was a mistake. Finally asked if I was Louie - which I am definitely not. She apologizes fixed and hung up. So they got an active call and now blocked.
Received a call from this number - came up on my phone as "wireless caller" When I answered, question was asked "Is Barbara home?" - I answered yes..... Now, I hope this wasn't one of those calls that try to get you to say "yes" .... Yike!
As long as you did not give any personal info or confirm any, that yes is nothing to worry about. But it is good to stay alert and pay attention to everything they say and not focus on whether you said 'yes' or not. That could possibly have been a phishing call to confirm a Barbara is at your number.
