Spanish speaker trying to sell something? Also received additional call from same area code but different number.

They ask for someone that I dont even know and when I tell her they have wrong number they ask if we have medic aid insurance.

Keep calling saying they are Medicare asking for my father (who is deceased) My number is on the national do not call registry. I have repeatedly told them that and they keep calling. Going on a month. Only started happening after a local Hospice took care of my father and had my phone number on file.

this women speaks Spanish slams my phone with call several times throughout the day. When I do catch the call she doesn't speak or says I have wrong #.  She gets pasted the block I have place on my phone.  What the heck.
