Who called from 6196397982

Called today at 7am & 7pm Spanish speaking.When I called back line is busy. I blocked their ph#

they said they were from medicare and did I need any equipment. Just didn't sound right.

CID readout,La Mesa CA, + tel#; Female caller left a one word message "yes" . Other sites report the same thing sooo.... BGA!

These people are preying on persons with Hispanic last names, claiming they are from Medicare.
THEY ARE NOT!  I blocked their number weeks ago but Caller ID indicates they call as early as 7:00 a.m. and as late at 8:30 p.m.  Sometimes, it is many, many times each day.  Even with their calls blacked, they do not stop!

Have called twice daily for over 1 month. Spanish speaking, we don't speak Spanish. Our phone number is on do not call list. I'm reporting to attorney.
