Lady claimed to be calling from San Diego County Department of Health.
She wanted information on my child's immunization records "to enter into a database".
Would not leave a number I could call her back at.

I checked with the San Diego County Department of Health, and it appears they are legitimate.
The real phone number does not appear, and the the Caller ID displays (619) 683-9362 (a disconnected phone number).
Participation in their vaccination survey is optional.

I also got two missed calls from that number recently, on two separate days, and no message.

It is legitimate. That is for the County Health Department building. That's where the immunizations branch is. also the TB control, Vitals Records, etc. 1-800-675-2229
