Its a public Health nurse... normally when a person has had sex with someone and that person contracted a disease of some kind, the person is required to inform the nurse of who he/she has slept with within a date range and that nurse then calls the people to inform them to get checked because there is a chance that he/she might have contracted a disease.

They use the line that they are calling for immunizations or survey, because it is confidential for them to say anything else...

had a call from this # and ask me if i had recieved any benefits from medical from last yr and if i was pregnant????? 04/25/11 and its a fraud becarefull any other calls report it or lock
