A "live caller" for once, claiming to be offering a "benefit" from my health insurance company, an "annual wellness visit."  Since I have an excellent regular MD and access to an array of specialists, I see no reason to avail myself of this.

The Center for Public Integrity reports on some lawsuits against the company, alleging misdiagnoses, etc.  Google it and judge for yourself.
