Male caller asked for Michael Louse. I asked what the call is regarding. The caller went into a spiel about walk in tubs, and other home "improvements." When he paused for a breath, I told him there is not, and has never been a Michael Louse at this residence. The caller seemed astounded that their system would make such an error, but wanted to know if I am a homeowner. I told him I am not, and would he please remove my number from their system? He apologized, said he would get right on that, and rang off. Sure, he will, I thought. More likely, the telephone of his next potential vict- I mean, customer was already ringing.
