Who called from 6203390123

I do too.  After blocking for a few months I  only get a call every ten days when they get a new number to try on me.  Blocking works wonders for me.

Yesterday these people called from Dodge City, Kansas from another number, block all numbers and calls I don't know!

THIS IS THE PROTOCOL:  1)  Unknown / unrecognized CID.  2)  No VM.  3)  BLOCKED.

No message.

Our answering machine received the call.  No message was left.
