Woman started asking questions about my business, address, owners name and number of employess. I asked her who she was with and she replied American Chamber. After asking what she needed info for she hung up.

A woman called asked if this was such and such company, address and still had X employees. I was stupid and said yes and asked who this was and she hung up. It's a land line in Wichita, KS area. Cant get through. Just hangs up. Don't answer her questions!
Wellington Area Chamber of Commerce warn of scammers impersonating organization

Sumner Newscow report — The Wellington Area Chamber of Commerce/CVB is alerting local business owners to unsolicited callers claiming to represent the chamber.
Several business owners in the Wellington area have reported receiving phone calls from 620-359-1940. Those calling claim to represent the Wellington Chamber. This is a scam. Do not respond, said Annarose White, Wellington Area Chamber of Commerce Director.
Callers have been male and female. One caller claimed to be named Heather.
Please notify the Wellington Area Chamber of Commerce/CVB at 620-326-7466 if you receive such a phone call.
