Hangs up..no message, tried calling it back and says the number is disconnected or some crap...so in turn it seems as though perhaps our cell phone companies may have a thief?? I think i'll wait it out and see if another call comes through if so i shall ask who they obtained my numbers from. I did that to the last scam warranty company and they never called again b/c i told them i was going to find out and sue them and who ever sold the numbers to the rip off artists. They would be sued professionally and personally. LOL. They didn't like that.. and the number was removed right away I guess. Sometimes we have to be a [***] to get ahead.
Just got the call about 10 minutes ago and googled the # to find out who it was. rang about 20 seconds, not even, then hung up. got ATT phone plan that is SUPPOSED to block these sort of calls.
complete scam guys. I just got the call about an hour ago. I work at a government office and we get complaints of this nature all the time. They simply fish for personal information with the intent of clearing out your bank account. Simply ignore them and never give any personal info.
