called and left a vm stating that they are trying to get verify my information and for me to call back. uh...if you have my CELL PHONE NUMBER, you have all of my information. perhaps if the messages weren't so mysterious I would call back. after reading the previous posts, I won't be speaking with, I think her name was amber ugh!!!
I am in the same boat, I get calls day and night from different 620 area codes, but they just hang up. I have no debt, so I have no idea why these jerks are calling. Many have said to write them a cease and desist letter but I can't get an address and when I call back, it says the number has been disconnected.

What would you think when you return a call to: 800-835-9313 and the idiots at the other end in (Hutchinson, KS) will not identify themselves, yet threaten you with legal actions when you don't even know who they are?

DON'T waste your time calling them back, they aren't worth it. Agency owner Mark L. Huston must REALLY be embarrassed by his workers, otherwise why would they refuse to give even the most trivial of information?

Mark Huston is a scavenger debt buyer, which makes him a gambler He is betting that he can buy old debts for pennies, then harass you into paying him dollars.
I do not know how I am receiving calls from this number because I had been register long time ago in DO NOT CALL. Also I do not understand the message they left. I will file a complaint with the company DO NOT CALL.
They claim I have an account that needs attention. First of all I don't, and NONE of my accounts are ever behind. This is obviously a scam of some kind. When I refused to give them any info, they got pissed at me, and hung up!
