Their automated phone system certainly is persistent. Careful folks----they love to call at any holiday, that includes every holiday. Don't answer, block the number(s) and have a Happy Holiday yourselves.
The call anytime they want. Never leave a message. If you answer your told to hold. I don't answer anymore. I was deleting every phone number, but it is a loss cause because they seem to have a million phone numbers from every state and some countries. They need to be stopped.
2 calls from Portfolio Recovery today at 1:11 pm and 6:04 pm eastern time No message was left either time. I never answer calls from names and numbers I don't know or call them back.
Just got my 22nd. phone call from all different numbers. They must must over one hundred numbers just to aggravate everyone. After my Mom passed away I took over her house and phone number that sh has had for 49 years. Never got these calls until I moved in. She had no debts and neither do I. Never leaves a message.
As many others have mentioned: this call, with ID PortfolioRecov (that's all I see) comes at least weekly, from a different # each time. Been getting them for months. I have no delinquent accounts. So annoyed.
