There is an app that you can put on your phone call "Calls Blacklist"  If you have a number that keeps calling and annoying you then add the # to the Blacklist and you will never get the call again.  The app blocks the call.

got a call from this number. picked up first ring.  immediate hang up...
I know the reports are from debt collector; I have no debts.
Glad I ported this number.  Ditch your landlines. Blocking and reporting is easier on cell phones.

No use blocking Portfolio numbers as they call from a new one each time they contact you.
