In Florida there is the FCCPA, which is FS 559.72, and then there is the Federal law that everyone knows about, 15 USC 1692. I'm pretty sure that attorney's can collect their attorney's fees from the people breaking state and federal law. But call an attorney in your area to find out for sure.
