Mentioned something about appearing before a magistrate or judge with action that the US Treasury is going to take against us. No clue as to why or who they even are, as they don't say who they are.
got a call today from 620-951-5092 and telling me it is important to call asap or i will have to appear before a magistrate and it repeats. how to block this? THey are not observing my do not call.
I also got a call, two days in a row, from Kenneth Gray at 620-951-5092. After I heard his spill, I asked him questions: who's going to arrest me (local authorities), who do I owe money to (IRS for unpaid taxes on your bill), how much do I owe ($3,285.67). What?!!!! My response: Ok, I'll call IRS or who ever in the morning, but let me tell you this, you are a fraud and you should be ashamed of yourself trying to take advantage of people. I'm going to report you and this number to the FTC, IRS, and US Treasury. Don't ever call my number again!! He then hangs up on me. I call the number back a couple of times and get a recording. I hate this kind of junk, but that's life right? Some people suck......
Received the same fraud/scam pitch - something about a magistrate, US Treasury notice, IRS claims, or some such. Please report this to the IRS at [email protected].
I got a call from this same guy yesterday, very garbled message and then my machine so i didn't get the whole phone number. But the guy was sure an idiot. He said it was the 2nd call but they never called before and then he mentions magistrate, judge or grand jury, i think he was supposed to pick one and we don't have magistratea here...what an idiot. Lol
This clown has called twice in the last 20 minutes. Sounds like Dennis Gray, garbled, call came in from Dallas, area code 214, scammer who wants you to send money I think.
