I just received a voice mail message on my cell phone informing that I was going to be arrested for tax evasion from someone claiming to be an Officer, he stated his name was George Bodkins, he also stated that if I do not call the number, 620-979-9355 a warrant for my arrest would be issued. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

It is misleading to say the IRS sends a certified letter per their advisory. Scam IRS calls and what the IRS does do states "1) Call to demand immediate payment, nor will we call about taxes owed without first having mailed you a bill."
