Found this # on my caller ID, no voicemail left. Search returned nothing, calling them back from a blocked line gave the out of service / can't be completed operator tone. Pretty sure it's scammers/telemarketer dirtbags spoofing a CID that they don't even call from. Illegal, but not like that has ever stopped them before. Dirtbags.
