This is to warn you in advance. Unfortunately I wasn't given the same information ahead of time. Dealing with old people in a service business is hard enough as it is, but this guy is unbelievable! If you are a service technician (in any field) be ready to be "scolded" if you are even 1-minute late, and that is nothing compared to the accusations you will receive from this guy after you have done an honest day's work. My advice would be to pass up on this one ... simply not worth it! John Butler is the most unreasonable man I have ever met. You have been warned!
