nuisance call! and when you call the number back you get a robo-answerer that says Mark Morrison and the robot answers with prerecorded statements

CID showed Patrolmans. Did not leave a message.

BLOCKED!!!

I answered "Hello".  Long pause....then "Hello, This is Christine.  How are you?"  Thinking it was a recording, I did not reply.  Another pause, then "OK, goodbye" and disconnect.

"RELIEF ASSO" (association?) and the number on Caller ID.  You know it's a scam--don't even answer these lowlifes.  No message left (of course not--they're only looking for a live pigeon).
