A man with a thick accent called me and told me I was the lucky winner in a sweepstakes of a new car and $7.5 million. I said great! He was so happy I "won", but he said in order to collect my prize I had to pay a $699 bank insurance credit transfer fee. I told him take it out of my winnings. He said, no not possible. Then he asked for my account number so he could direct deposit the money into my account. Sounds like a scam for sure.
