Latest growing number of spoofed telephone numbers. Who would do business with these people?

Called to solicit home improvement work.  When I said I was on the do not call list, the caller apologized and hung up.

Seems my husband was right in not answering this number.

I have received several calls from this company, the  last call the man was extremely rude, when I asked him  I have already asked 2 times ) to remove me from the calling list, he hung up on me.  I realize these are are calls being generated by unprofessional persons , I just wonder who in their right mind would hire company?

These people are idiots... they call and if the machine picks it up, they don't say anything but tie up the machine for too long... if I answer, no one says anything... again, they are idiots...
