This is a telemarketer. They need to be investigated and shut down because they are violating the law by calling people registered on the federal do not call registry. The best way to stop these law breakers is to file a compliant on the National do not call registry here https://www.donotcall.gov/ . Register there as well if you are NOT on the registry. If enough complaints are filed then hopefully this telemarketers service provider will be shut down as well.

Since I am on the do not call registry and since they are breaking the law, what I like to do is tell them I'm interested but could they please hold on a second because someone is at the door, then I just put the phone on the counter and waste their time just like they are wasting mine. After a few minutes of them waiting they may get frustrated and take your number off their list!!!
These are real thieves just checking to see if your home before they rob you. People should just forward this number to the police department and let them investigate these spoofing thieves. Sounds like brothers from the hood just waiting to jack you.
