Also received this call. They said if they don't hear from me in 24 hours, they will be forced to serve papers at my workplace, since employment had been verified. Well, I don't know where they are going, becuz I hv been retired for 7 years!! Which leads me to believe they are trying to collect on a debt that must be ancient, I have not applied for credit in years. I have had the same major credit card for at least 10 years, and it is current and in good standing. I have never applied for a payday loan, nor is my mortgage, or car loan in default. So, if anyone receiving these types of call from this Miller and Associates, I would check the statue of limitations in your state.
Also got this call from 626-340-0833 miller and associates left phone message threatening some legal action. I have no idea what it's about. No outstanding delinquent debts so it must be some kind of scam. I'm not responding because it sounds like they are fishing for idiots.
