i've been recieving calls from these people for about 3 months now. I actually have reports filed with the authorities here. This has gotten out of control. they call me at work and demand to talk with a manager. they have no idea the unholy [***] storm they have released on themselves. the gentleman called himself james davis with the american law associates at 600 union ave in fairfield ca 94533
I had a call from these guys an hour ago. They told me I had a case against me. The scary part is they have my social security #. I have never received a payday loan from anyone. I've contacted my bank and the sheriffs dept. I told the guy I knew it was a scam, to which he only laughed. Too bad I know plenty of people of Indian heritage, and none are named Steve Harris.
These guys have been harassing me for 6 months now. They call about once a month and it is always the same person with a different very vanilla American name and a thick accent, makes sense right!? ha I just got a voicemail yesterday from them that said "This message is intended for you mother f&*#er." Nice huh? And they wonder why everyone complains about them and doesn't ever answer their phones besides the fact that they are fakes! So frustrating!
I received a message from these people and made the mistake of returning their call they told me that they had a court case against me and that they were going to call my sheriffs department and they would be at my work that evening. They told me my social security number, bank account number, name of my employer, every thing. For two hundred dollars it would keep my case out of the courts. Scared to death i called my sheriffs office and come to find out these creeps were using info that I had used years and years ago to scam me. Two sheriffs detectives called the number that I called and the people kept hanging up on them. I hope these people get what is coming to them. Now they are calling family members trying to get info. What law enforcement group do I go to now?
