Can't speak to their legitimacy, BUT if they're calling a doctor's office and they are legit, why not leave a voice message as the system requests. Otherwise, maybe just a wrong number. Either way, no return call warranted!
Oscar, the caller claimed that MSLA is a third party to the VA. The only instruction is for me to call him back 8 a.m. local time. Doesn't sound legit!
