Can't speak to their legitimacy, BUT if they're calling a doctor's office and they are legit, why not leave a voice message as the system requests. Otherwise, maybe just a wrong number. Either way, no return call warranted!
This is for a VA Compensation and Pension Exam appointments. The company is a legit 3rd party contractor to the VA for conducting and processing VA exams for veteran benefits.
Received a call from this number today. If they are a legit company as 3rd part contractor to the VA, why are they calling me? I have nothing to do with the VA - not a veteran, not in any military branch. Why are they calling me?
Now they're blocked!

Sorry to read of any bad reviews, Company is very legit, and if you don't answer or you block it, you won't be able to schedule your VA Disability Appointment. If you miss it, your VA claim goes back into the hopper, which could be why so many vets have long waiting times for claim processing. See your local DAV chapter for assistance on claims - mine have been processed VERY quickly because they help and I listen to them when they tell me that MSLA will be calling to schedule it. If you are not a vet, it's likely that some poor veteran told them his phone number and it came out wrong somehow. (Also, some homeless vets don't have phones, but think the claim will be rejected if the box is left blank).
