Callers are likely ethnic Gypsies\Zigani\Hungaricos, well known for shoddy or incomplete work, and are more certainly unlicensed "contractors.
Gypsies are also famous for targeting the elderly (me) and for distraction burglaries.
I've installed caller ID, and after a year of answering and telling them not to call again, have stopped answering, but still they call.

I don't care what ethnicity they are, they need to stop calling me every other day. I have reported them, but they keep on calling. Unfortunately, because the world is full of these conscienceless morons, my blocking feature is overloaded. There must be some way to get rid of them.
Materials can be broken apart so can they. Like Arnold said, "If it bleeds, we can kill it" If it breaks you can break it. Nothing on this Earth is unbreakable. Their break points must be now or several years into the future. One thing is for sure, they won't last long.
