You need to call the Better Business Bureau in Los Angeles and report them.  You do not need the name of the company to do this, but reporting them will hurt them when it comes to references about how they do business.

You are on the same list cause your numbers are on the same computer that spoofs random number to call you. Thats an explanation.

I don't think it is a computer picking random numbers because they know our first and last names. I pay for an unlisted number and don't give it out or have it on any site. So, ???
