Another call for Elliott, Chastity, from "Maria Smith". Called from 558-389-7356, but left call back number of 855-764-8845. Been going on since March 2012. Different numbers, same deal. Let machine pick up. These people need to go to jail.
I just got a missed call from this number and called back. They looked up my phone number and verified my name. When they asked me to verify last 4 digits of my SSN I said I wasn't going to verify any personal information unless they tell me what it was for or what company it was through. She said I am taking out payday loans (which I'm not and never have) and that I've been sent to them for collections and I'm at a pre-litigation status. As I started to respond that I've never taken out a payday loan she hung up on me.
These people have been calling me off and on from various different numbers over the past three years. They're telling me I wrote a bad check to a payday loan company, the acct number they said it was on I haven't had in over 6 years. I reported them to the attorney general's office here in Ohio
Received a call stating they were pursuing legal action against my daughter. Left a message. I get these calls frequently. They always claim legal action pending.
