Some moron telemarketer hiding their identity.  And now blocked forever.  Parasites, the lot of them.

Same here, got call and blocked them instantly!

Called 8/17/15 (previously called 7/27/15) at 12:07 pm PDT. Caller ID showed "West Covina CA".
Other reverse search websites list this as a "home center" telemarketer.

Here they are again.  I am getting lots of calls from the "Home Improvement" scammers.  Oh well, I guess it makes a nice change from the "solar" scammers.  A pox on them all.

AGAIN! They still called. I blocked them forever!!
