Keep calling claiming they are a detective

someone called me from this number did not identify themselves

Said there were allegations against me and I needed to return the call.  I am considered "officially notified."

Caller ID showed restricted. Man said there were allegations against me. Ask if I've received their letters in the mail. Told me a wrong address to where they're sending the letters. Gave me a case # & said to call. I'm "officially notified" & he was going to update computer that he called me & I had to call this 626 number.
