I thought that this was a scam when they threatened to send a process server to my job, ended up taking me to court!!!  I am currently having my paycheck garnished due to a judgement.  Tread lightly

Well then you should have no problem telling us the name of the company, the address, the attorney;'s name.  None of that is persoanlly identifiable information, but failing to post it proves that you are less than truthful.
