I first got a call from an Alex saying he was calling from Barry and Associates.  He said he had documentation for me to sign, and I told him that it sounds like a scam.  He said there was a civil complaint against me...I hung up.  I then received a text stating the same thing, but he said next time they will contact my job.  I replied back.  I asked, "What is your address?  I will have my attorney to mail you a cease and desist.  No response.  Welcome to the block party.
