Just received a call from this number. They stayed on the line just long enough to trigger my answering machine, but didn't leave any message. When I immediately called them back (after blocking my own number first), I get a message that this number is disconnected! Why can't this kind of fraud (no traceable phone number), along with nuisance cold calls, be stopped by the FCC or PUC (because, obviously, the National Do Not Call people cannot)?
PLEASE do not deal with these SCAMMERS. they are bad business !! I do not talk to them but simply put them on the do not call list. Unfortunately they often disregard the list.
