Calls, silent for a second and then a recorded voice says "Goodbye". Start answering the calls from telemarketers. String them along and take as much of their time as you possible can. I was in the lead with 26 minutes until last month. Our oldest daughter, home from college, took the lead Thanksgiving weekend with 42 minutes. She acted like a very old woman who was hard of hearing. She actually got them to sit and wait for over 4 minutes while she answered the doorbell.
The "The FBI reports a home break-in ..." calls have stopped completely. Rachel from Cardholder Services still calls at least once a month but it's better than the 1-3 calls we used to get daily.
If you keep them on the phone for even 5 minutes think how many people they can't call. Come up with a good character and enjoy aggravating them for a change.
The card service scammers WILL 'service' our credit cards, BUT, when they finish 'servicing' them, they will have NO available credit remaining! People that are fooled into having their cards 'serviced' will be charged a MINIMUM of $795.00, and many times the ENTIRE amount remaining on the card. The card service scammers are a disgusting group of degenerates, who prey mainly on the low income, and the elderly, but will cheat anyone that they can!

They have called 4 times today, not responding to my hellos. This last time I yelled hello and he loudly burped in my ear and hung up. How does one block calls?
I get the "Rachel calls" frequently even though I'm on the Oregon No Call list. A few years ago I told them that I was interested but heading out the door and got them to give me their #, which I immediately reported. It took them about 6 months before I got called again.
