It is Degree Advisor. If you call back, a recording of "James" will answer and make it seem like he is trying to have a conversation with you. If you stay silent, the recording will go on. I only listened a few seconds then hung up.
This is a scam, a girl named Amy has called me three times twice from this number and another time from another 630 area code. She claims she from Medicare, and needed Info from me. After I told her I don't have Medicare she still tried to get info from me.
