Got a text from this number yesterday that said "Hi, I'm Mike M - real estate investor.  I'm inquiring about your probate filing, is the estate selling any property?  What would be the address & asking price?"  Of note this is also a non working number.  Who conducts legitimate business this way?  The answer to that would be NO ONE.
