Called my DNC registered cell. I don't pick up calls to my cell that aren't in contacts. No voicemail.
I've already received 2 calls today from new 06XX numbers from the Amityville teleterrorists. We must be close to 100 different numbers between cells and landline. No point in blocking because they rarely repeat and if they do it's generally to a different device. Ignoring the calls is the most effective use of our time.
