Recvd a call from PRA from Bill Ownes informing me that I was being sued and my time speaking with him was imperative. At the time I was busy and asked that he call back, I knew what the matter was over and also knew it was complete bs that I would be the only one being sued when the company in question is currently being sued. PRA immediately called back after hanging up with for my ex husband and left a red # and message. Mr Owens called back a week later 7/20/15 making threats again of suing but adding fraud to the growing list of threats. These guys use fear tactics and are very unprofessional in their approach to how to a call. The next time I hear from them it will be threw a lawyer
Keep receiving calls from this number. They never leave a message and when you call back they never say the name of the company, but want information like the phone number that I received tha call on, I never give it to them, if they were a legit company and/or I owed money it would be to their benefit to leave a message and moreso to know who I am.
A man named Richard West stated it was "imperative" that I return the call left a case# and stated that I was a person if interest (as if I was a criminal), cannot imagine what it is they want and when you call back either no answer of no one ever states the name of the company or what they do.
Annoying calls from Richard West stating there is case against me. He gave a case# and advised me to call asap. Will never leave information or give me any information and wants me to give him information. Something needs to be done very nasty.
