You must register your phone number(s) with Do Not Call: https://www.donotcall.gov/.
Then, when you receive these calls+messages (I am working at home today and have had SIX scam phone calls - SIX) go to Do Not Call and submit a complaint against the phone number being displayed on your Caller ID.
This is the only way that might help us to stop these SOB's. Of course, we are the ones who have to do this extra "work" - to report them. But it takes less than one minute to fill out the complaint form. Do we have any other recourse to try to shut down these SOB's?
I have registered all my numbers with "do not call", and reported many numbers, and still get calls from all kinds of them. The numbers change from time to time, with the same messages. It is not helping to complain to the government link.
