Reads on Caller Id as V422194247000601 and then shows the number 631-602-3230. DH picked up the phone and no one was on the line. Phone number blocked with phone company after that
I received a call from this number (631.602.3230) on 05/03/16 and immediately blocked it as I don't answer unknown numbers. The next day they tried to get through on a different number (631.613.8530). So tired of these annoying calls with made up telephone numbers.
Caller ID showed UNKNOWN and the #. About an hour later, same # called and Caller ID showed Shelter Island NY...which is in Suffolk County. I answered the phone both times on the 4th ring, as the answering machine kicks in then. Both times caller listened and then hung up. I never said a word.
Called twice. Very heavy Indian accent. All I could understand he was selling me something"...at absolutely nothing out my pocket.." Maybe area code is assigned to NY but this guy was probably located overseas in Asia.
