Who called from 6316023230

called my cell, no message - did not anwser

Received a call from 631-602-3230 on 5/19/2016 at 4:56pm EDT. Caller ID displayed "Shelter Isla NY".

Google Voice already has this number on their spam list so my phone only rang once and the caller was automatically sent to voice mail. No message was left.

Based on the comments posted I have added this number to my GV block list. If the caller attempts to call again they will receive the not-in-service recording.

Called my cell, didn't recognize number so did not answer. No message left. Another number to block.

Solar energy telemarketer from an India call center....Yeah right! Scammed number from Shelter Island, New York. He disconnected the line when I told him that solar panels are not allowed in my condo community.

If the telemaggoter is caller ID spoofing,  then they are using a VoIP service.
Consider the option of a call blocking device or app. Good luck to you.
