I do agree that the phone calls are too much, but I also know that if all of you who complain ever needed blood you would change your attitudes.

The next time that I give or receive blood, I won't be thanking NY Blood Center for their tactless telemarketing campaign since I choose to ignore their calls.  On the otherhand, the NY Blood Center does other forms of advertising and marketing that I'm more receptive to.

I don't care if it's the blood center...but i pick up and they just hang up RUDE!

I got this call last night. Strange thing is, I work for the Long Island Blood Center.

Anyway, this is not their phone number. They're in Nassau County, so it would be a 516 area code, and when I get calls the caller ID says "unknown".

I guess this is just some a-hole.

They call and hang up when I answer
