This is a company called ChemLabs, Inc. They constantly want to sell Sewer Chemicals. They actually told us they would send us some samples, at no cost to us, and if we liked the results, then they would charge us for the "samples". We received a bill for the junk, BEFORE we even received the product. When we called to ask them why we received a bill, they told us they never said they would send them free. We asked them to send a call tag for a return, and we were told they would NOT pay for shipping back to them. It cost us $26.95 to return their product....and they STILL CALL us - wanting us to buy their product. The last time they called, they asked for the Park Manager. He was busy in the park, up on a ladder, and I told Tim Phillips (The caller) this, and he hung up on me. They refuse to stop harassing us, and they refuse to take our number off their call list.
Scumbag called me trying to sell concrete cleaner. I was nice and told him after what they did to me 3 years ago. Sending me weed killer and billing me 360.00 a pop. and they refused to let me return it. I did not feel comfortable dealing with that company again. The idiot was being very suggestive on the phone and I told him no thank you he says your killing me smalls and hung up on me. TOTAL IDIOT!!!! He needs to get a real job
Industrial Chem Labs, 55 Brook AVe Suite G, Deer Park Ny 11729. Tim Phillips, fraudulent, scandulous, arrogant, lying, bottom dweller who cons and threatens to make money. They send various chemicals, say you ordered it, and then refuse to take it back stating they will take you to court. Well take me....as The attorney Generals office is several states are going to open an investigation into the fraudulent practices of this horrible company.
